Refund and Returns Policy

Items shipped from JetKnee.com, including JetKnee Warehouse, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We include a limited warranty with all of our products. Terms and conditions apply.

Global Store Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
  • Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. You may contact our Customer Service Center to request instructions for a refund. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full product cost, once your return is processed.
  • For items with free shipping, refund policy covers only the product cost to account for handling and shipping cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full product cost, once your return is processed.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact JetKnee customer support for instructions.
  • Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact customer support and send your item to the warehouse address that will be provided by support.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the warehouse address that will be provided by customer support.
  • It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary according the Shipping Policy.
  • The returned item must be shipped using a trackable shipping. Otherwise, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Digital Products

  • Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the JetKnee.com are not returnable after purchase.

Fine Art

  • Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.
  • All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return.
  • Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.
  • Gift Cards
  • Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Handmade and Customizable Products

Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

  • Notify JetKnee.com within 14 days of receipt.
  • Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, JetKnee.com is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the JetKnee.com Guarantee.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Hazardous Materials

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to JetKnee.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry and Watches

  • Jewelry and watch items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Please contact customer support for the refund transaction number.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer support.

Accidental Ordering

  • In case you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item or the wrong variant and the item has not yet been shipped out, please contact customer support and make your corrections accordingly.
  • As we are being charged for such refunds, we will apply a refund fee that varies and depends on the refund amount that has been requested.
